The Atmosphere Chatcenter is a modern and intuitive web interface that enables your employees to respond to customer requests via messenger. The interface combines well known components from web-based messenger interfaces such as WhatsApp Web or Telegram Web with important functions of callcenter software for enterprises.

  1. Chat list: Simple presentation of received customer requests across all messaging services, sorted by responsibilities ("My chats", open requests, other user's chats, automated chats)
  2. Chat window: Chat history of selected customer and input form supporting "drag & drop" of file attachments
  3. Contact partner information: Information on the selected chat partner such as name, contact data and last activities
  4. Request history: History of previous acitivities of the current chat partner including list of completed processes so far
  5. Message templates: Configurable templates for quick replies based on commonly used text blocks
